Dear 2:00AM friend, You're the only person who knows the real me. you never asked me to justify my past, never hurt me even though I have hurt you so many times and have listened to me, always. Why can't people be like you? You stayed up till midnight to listen to my continuous idiotic talks and to clear my misunderstandings and problems just because you wanted me to sleep in peace. You always replied to my texts no matter whether you had a bad day or even had your exam the next day. No matter how bad my day is having you by my side gives me relief. You always have stood up for me and in return, you didn't expect anything. Sometimes I wonder, are you a human being or really an angel? The world needs more people like you. In the world of 11:11, you are my 24X7. The world would be a great place if it had a few more people like you. I thank god every day that he had given me a gem like you. Loneliness

Loneliness is something most of us experience in life, [if not all of us] We're primed for connection, and yet the irony of  'social' media is that it can be incredibly unsocial Yep, it connects us with an amazing circle of people and may fill the need for 'like-mindedness' and support, particularly in smaller communities! Other times, the 'connection' we seek, can feel like... a bit of an illusion online We may miss the real-life, face-to-face connection and as our communities grow online, our confidence to meet people starts to diminish Not all of us belong to big friendship groups. Our friendships may be pretty singular; us knowing each of them and "them" not knowing each other. Which we like, but sometimes we feel we're missing out. Other times, life gets in the way.
