Conversations are Magic
A lot of times in life we tend to keep things inside. Some of us have trust issues, some of us aren't comfortable expressing ourselves, some are tired of trying to explain and some don't know how to do that. No matter how many reasons we count for this, not being able to let things out usually takes people to dark places in their souls. Knowing those areas is important but staying in those places isn't right, I feel.
I feel conversations are magic. It's magical when someone listens to you and tries to understand. It's magical when you can express what you think about life. It could be a 3 AM chat, a night-long call, a long walk, a peaceful drive or simply discussions over dinner. It could be anything, any form, it's always precious because it involves thought exchange.
You listen to people, you understand how they feel you grow. A lot of conflicts are resolved, a lot of ideas are born, and a lot of things are understood just by having the right conversation with someone. Someone who's willing to have that with you. Conversations also help hugely in healing, I feel. The thoughts that scare you come out of you and you find your way of getting out of chaos.
Not being able to talk isn't a curse! It's okay. But when someone tries to build a conversation with you, I think you should also put in your efforts. Expressing won't feel scary. Your vulnerabilities won't make you helpless. Accept your vulnerable self and let someone who wants to know your side.
Let conversations happen, let your thoughts reach the right mind. A lot is healed just by listening and being kind.
